The nonprofit ItWorks launched a retraining program for new immigrants who arrived from Ukraine and Russia as a result of the war.

• More than 500 participants, 42% of them women, attended 23 courses.
• 89% of participants successfully completed the program.
• 231 participants found jobs immediately after completing their studies.
• Almost 70% of participants found employment within the first year after completing the program.
